Embracing diversity in the workplace is key to a healthy organization. More so today than ever, agencies employ individuals with many different cultural, religious, sexual, and geographical backgrounds. By promoting and encouraging individuality, the organization can embrace these backgrounds and promote a sense of value. This tactic promotes a healthy workplace, not in the traditional sense of physical health, but rather in physiological health.
